RETURN POLICY

At Janz Medical Supply, our main goal is to make certain that you receive the suitable product. Should you need to return an item, please carefully read the below restrictions.

1. Online Purchases: Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are unopened and are in re-sellable condition. Anything unopened after 30 days will be subject to a 10% of the billed charges restocking fee.

In store Purchases: All items must be returned within 10 days from the date of original purchase. The items must be unopened and unused. The original receipt must be presented with the item for a refund or exchange. No items will be accepted after the 10th day of purchase.

2. Refunds: With the original receipt, a full refund for unopened, unused or defective items will be given in the same manner/tender of original purchase.

3. Non-Refundable products:

  • Any open box item
  • All Wheelchairs, Walkers, Rollators, scooters, or other mobility equipment
For hygienic reasons, other products may not be returnable including but not limited to:
  • Braces/Therapeutic Shoes/Insoles
  • Cushions and Backs
  • Mattresses/Hospital Beds
  • Compression Stockings
  • Breast Pumps
  • CPAP Machines
  • CPAP Cleaners (SoClean)
